Forum Terms and Conditions
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING OUR FORUM
1. The Everards Charnwood Sunday Football League ("ECSFL") reserves all rights.
2. The forum was created on behalf of the ECSFL and its member clubs, and is maintained by the ECSFL.
3. Registration to the forum is free at the time of launching the forum however, the ECSFL reserves the right to implement a registration fee at a later date should they so decide.
In the event of a fee being implemented for registration, the ECSFL shall provide written notification via the forum and the League web site not less than 21 days before the amendment commences.
The ECSFL cannot nor will not charge any registration fees whilst in connection with MyFastForum.org.
All active registered users shall have their registrations honoured and will not incur a fee.
In the event of a person having registered an account prior to the amendment of the registration fee but has not activated / confirmed the account, the
registration will be deemed unsuccessful and void. In this circumstance, should the user wish to continue with their registration process they will incur the fee.
All registered users that decide to discontinue their registration and re-register after the implementation of the registration fee, shall be considered a new account registration and will incur the fee.
Registration to the forum is life-long unless either the user wishes to discontinue their registration, or the ECSFL discontinues the user registration due to abuse of the forum (or its terms and conditions) in any regard or the user account has been inactive for a period not less than 90 days.
A copy of all registration details as well as user profiles will be retained by the ECSFL until they decide not to retain a users details. This is in the event of needing to provide information (declared by the user) to the Law or in the event of the ECSFL wishing to consider the possiblities of pressing charges (or assist in a third party wishing to press charges) in the event of gross misconduct / abuse.
4. Any personal details provided to the ECSFL when registering for the forum will not be disclosed to any third parties by the ECSFL unless required to do so by Law.
MyFastForum.org may or may not hold the same information as the ECSFL when registering, and the ECSFL is not responsible for any information distributed to third parties by myfastforum.org.
We strongly advise that you read MyFastForum.org terms and conditions in relation to any privacy policies and with regards to their own terms and conditions on the use of the forum.
5. The views posted on the forum are that of the author and not necessarily that of the ECSFL.
6. The ECSFL reserves the right to edit or remove postings made by user(s) should they feel that it could be harmful to the League or to any individuals/organisations that in turn could harm the League. The ECSFL can also ban or discontinue a users registration should they feel the user has abused the rights of the forum. The length of bans are considered on an individual basis and may vary depending on the ECSFL opinion on the severity of the abuse.
7. The ECSFL reserves the right to edit user profiles should they feel anything abusive and/or offensive is entered.
8. Avatars are currently allowed on the forum and there are no strict guidelines in place as to what size the avatar needs to be. However,
we do insist that avatars are of a realistic size and not half the screen. Should the ECSFL feel that this option is being exploited or abused then the ECSFL can, without notification, disable this option with immediate effect. If you are uncertain about whether the size of your avatar is too big, simply look at another avatar on the forum and make it smaller than that.
9. No forms of abuse whatsoever will be tolerated by the ECSFL and the League operates on a "zero-tolerance" basis. This includes but is not limited to racism, foul and/or abusive language to any individual/group, accusations of an abusive manner, persistant abuse of the forum regardless of the nature of abuse.
The forum is classed as a privilege by the League, and can be discontinued without prior notification with immediate effect should they so decide.
10. The League Management Committee shall have the power to deal with any matters that are not covered
by the above terms and conditions as they deem fit. Written notification of their decision to the relevant person(s) will
be provided within 14 days of the decision having been agreed upon.
